***IMPORTANT NOTE!***Client must be the legal owner of all the raw contents/materials (photos, video clips, sound clips). This is to avoid copyright infringement.

Client must provide a booking link from their scheduling app(ex. Calendly or OnceHub) to be integrated with the AI Bot. If client does not have a scheduling app, we can create a Calendly account. Calendly basic account is free.

In the event that the client decides to cancel before the 1 year subscription ends, the client's access to any premium features or benefits associated with the yearly subscription will be terminated immediately.

Project Fee Non-Refundable PolicyTHE PROHJECT FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We allocate resources, time, and effort to kick-start your project as soon as the fee is paid. This ensures a seamless and efficient process for you and us.
AI Scheduling Chat Bot:● the AI Chat Bot will be deactivated. In case the client wants to use it still, monthly fee of $299.00/month will be charged to the client.● Calendly app will be deactivated unless the client will pay the monthly fee.
Social Media ManagementIn the event that the client decides to cancel before 1 year subscription ends, all inclusions in the social media management will be deactivated. In case the client wants to have SSM, the client may choose any SSM Projects.
